Ken was great! Got our Sienna in promptly despite my misunderstanding on dropping it off for service. He serviced our vehicle ahead of another vehicle. It was much appreciated. We’ll be using Ken in the future for all service. The shop is quite organized and clean and reflects positively on Ken’s professionalism and the quality of his service. Excellent value and very fair pricing!
