So I am a huge fan of Popeyes and a pretty much addicted to their spicy chicken sandwiches. I've always been amazed at the consistency from restaurant to restaurant, so it was a huge letdown ordering from this new location. Ordered one during their lunch rush and received pretty much just a bun with sauce and pickles. The chicken didn't even cover a 3rd of the bun and the nugget sized portion of chicken was mostly breading and wasn't up to Popeyes standards either. Hopefully they figure things out soon but your better off going to Vancouver in the meantime in my opinion. Also, the parking lot is a little tough to manoeuvre in anything but subcompact vehicle.

One star service Wife brought home nice big meal only to find it wasn't the boneless and no mac & cheese, All well and good they are busy, she went back, I guess the lady was a B... She's lucky my wife can go to words with the best of them. Chicken is good it's Popeyes had it many times.
We love Popeyes, I have been watching them build this new store and have been waiting for the store to open... I usually get Popeyes from a store in Oregon and bring it home. I believe in being fair in my reviews. The ordering process was excellent, the lady at the window was very nice, the lady that brought me the food was nice... I was in and out really fast. The food was a huge disappointment nothing, tasted up to the Popeyes standards, my favorite biscuits were off, the chicken seemed old. When I bring home Popeyes from Oregon it maybe an hour until I'm home and it is still great. This meal was lacking tonight. I will try again in a few months but for the price I'm very disappointed
This one opened quite recently and they have been amazing every time. The line can get super long but they manage it well. I'm a repeat customer and I'll continue to be. P.S. try honey on you classic chicken sandwich. It so good.
Tried it out last night, 35 for an 8 piece meal? I think they made a mistake on the pricing? But, it just opened and everyone is new, I understand and honestly that's not what prompted me to write the review. They gave us different sides than what I ordered, the portions of the sides and the chicken pieces were very small. The sides were simply not very good, we had a couple bites and threw them away! I've paid a lot less, gotten a lot more, that tasted a lot better. I see no reason to go back.
Both of the girls that served me were super nice gave me extra popcorn shrimp for the wait, really good customer service
The food was all actually quite good, but they are absurdly stingy on condiments. A 14-piece family chicken tender meal only allows for 5 dipping sauces. When I got home, I found that they only actually gave me 2 of the sauces that I ordered and no ketchup, butter, honey or hot sauce.
Been here twice now and both times were similar. BAD. Bought a family pack and only was given 1 packet of hot sauce (I had a car full of people), no biscuits, and couldn't get my favorite sides. Had to settle for the mashed potatoes which were cold in the middle. Bit into a piece of chicken where the bone was also cold? Terrible. This place needs to get it together.
