Lauren is a wonderful health coach! She takes the time to really listen to your goals and weaknesses. She provides caring guidance to help you make gradual changes to feel your best. She is very supportive but without pressure. She encourages you to do what feels right for you at a reasonable pace. The health coaching program consists of 6 months of sessions. She is also a physical therapist who takes the time to really understand her patients' pain. If you're looking to improve your health and nutrition you should definitely talk to Lauren!
