Researched big Tex trailers, and found the Trailer Depot of Woodland. The sales associates were very helpful with my questions over the phone, and were able to inform me that in this market of fast moving trailers it is good to have everything set in place to be ready to buy when the trailers get in if not before. Unlike other companies, Trailer Depot of Woodland did not over inflate their costs, and sold me a great trailer at a great price. I highly recommend Trailer Depot of Woodland, and will return for any future purchases.

Rude as hell... you’d think I was bothering them by stopping by. Very very unfriendly. And to think I was gonna spend money and needed things including a trailer Will never stop there again.

NOTE: Five star google reviews are asked for by the owner and happy customers are given a review card so their google reviews are artificially inflated. I originally left one as they are cheap and the place was well decorated. Bought brand new trailer from them. First, the trailer had lost a dust cap on the drive home. It took a few calls to get them to try to replace it but we still don't have it and it has been a few weeks. They were committing fraud by submitting warranty paperwork to the wrong company for replacement. The trailer was unable to dump with a load 1/7 of what it was rated for. Trying to get them to warranty issues on their trailers is a joke all they care about is the next sale. Originally Asked trailer depot if we could come up there and have them switch out a working part for our trailer so that we could get back to work. They refused, stating that then they would have a non-working trailer on their lot and they needed to use all of their lot to sell trailers. So if you need your trailer for work, you are going to be out of work for quite a while or be paying to rent one. They repeatedly stated they were opening paperwork for a warranty, but eventually we contacted the manufacturer and no paperwork had been filed. The manufacturer is going to send us the part and stated that we are definitely not trailer depot's first complaint.
