Although the maintenance is very responsive the office staff is VERY awful at getting their job done. I've been here 2 months and have had a barking dog next to me the entire time. They have not been able to get the tenant to rectify the issue nor do they seem concerned to resolve this at all. The dog barks 14 hours a day. They even told me to call animal control myself. This shows me they can't do their job. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Best apartment I've ever had the pleasure of making my home, office staff are always nice and helpful. Grounds are always kept tidy and maintained, units are very nice and some have washer and dryer in unit. Community is quiet and very walkable, also close to shops and stores.

Living here is amazing , and the management are wonderful, maintenance is great , parking is great , the grounds is always clean and the swimming pool and gym is best !!!

Lived here for almost 4 years and still going. Office Staff - 5 Apartments - 3 (could use some renovations) Surrounding area - 5 Location - 5 Price - 4 Maintenance - 5 Tenants - 4 (it's a hit and miss, but they do get rid of people that smoke dope and cause problems) Cleanliness - 5 (very clean, housekeeping and landscaping always on spot) Safety - 3 (only BIG issue is package theft, I wish they had community lockers, cameras, or something like that so I don't have to worry every time I order online) Overall it's a good place in a nice location with helpful staff at the office!
