This is actually an edit... I took our new Malibu in for the first service and it was a really good experience. Service was quick and efficient. A very comfortable waiting area and gave the car a wash!

Really nice! These guys helped us pick out a car, and made the deal work. No hassles or problems, just good service and assistance. And, the facility is nice. Lots of nice seating in the waiting area. Tons of magazines, TV, snacks. Great environment and people!

I had a great experience at Woodland Chevy purchasing my new Colorado. The salesman returned my calls in a timely manner and helped me select just the right model and options. He helped me navigate the ordering process so that I received everything I wanted and made me the envy of all my friends. The delivery process was also exemplary. Peter, the sales rep, went through the different features of the vehicle in great understandable detail. I would highly recommend Woodland Chevrolet to anyone that asks. Poor customer service. Not responsive after our purchase. Promised delivery of truck on 2/24 or sooner. Now a week later stating it will be another week. Offering no compensation besides a few accessories. Really unhappy with the lack of communication. After request of Manager Corey, we spoke, and he offered no solution. He put blame on the shipping company, and his sales reps for making false promises. Peter has been trying to help smooth things over, but it appears the higher management is standing in his way.
