The guy didn't even greet me when I walked in, and some of the display cabinets looked very tired and chipped. If they can't bother being meticulous with the pieces in the showroom, it doesn't really instill confidence about their standards. --- RE: owner's reply: Really? The guy didn't even acknowledge me for a while, busy with a lady customer. He could have at least said \I'll be with you\ but instead scanned me like I was some homeless hobo with suspicious look but didn't acknowledge me. When I tried to go upstairs after waiting for a while, only then he asked what he can do for me saying upstairs are private. Also, I took some pictures while I was there - I asked if I can take pictures of displays and samples first. They still look like chips to me. I uploaded the pictures but they are not showing yet. For your reply, I lowered the ratings even lower. You also say \we\ but there was only one guy working when I stopped there.
