Online only, which is fine I guess. Placed an order, waited 15 minutes in my car. Get home to eat and the bowl is missing tomato and corn salsa. Oh and the double chicken I ordered? Ya I got about 4 pieces of chicken. Worst chipotle in the area, has been since it opened.

This Chipotle's food is good and your order completed in a timely manner. Customer service and know how is important when you are serving from a food line upon customer requests to complete their order. You have to know what your position is and what you're doing. They get a B for effort. Restaurant was clean as well
I recently had an extremely bad experience here on April 17, 2021 around 6:30 pm. Two male employees in the back of the restaurant were not conducting themselves in a professional manner. One had his mask all the way down while preparing food, while the other one had his phone out around the prepared food. Both were having a very vulgar conversation as well around customers. This is extremely unsanitary, and puts the health of not only the customers, but the other employees at risk. I will not be returning to this location.
5:45pm and I’m standing at the counter waiting to order for several minutes only to be finally told that in person orders are closed because they have to catch up on online orders. Was rudely Told to go on my phone and order because the online customers already paid and they couldn’t serve me first. Unbelievable. There is no sign anywhere saying in person service is closed. Lost my business.
I work directly across the street from this location that is supposed to close at 10 o’clock. For two nights now I have driven directly across the street at 9o’clock to be informed that there’s no more rice and all the employees are sitting around a table.If this establishment closes at 10 o’clock why is it OK for all of your employees at 9o’clock to be sitting around a table on their cell phone and having conversations. For this to have been on one occasion I get ...but for this now to happen twice in one week I don’t understand why this is OK. I definitely will be seeing how to contact a corporate office.
Good Chipotle shop in Beachwood,OH area. Excellent service. Very courteous staff. Spacious seating arrangements. Very busy Chipotle shop.
This is the Chipotle I usually go to. I understand this particular location is understaffed, but I am sincerely hoping the manager can retrain the newest young man that puts the food together. I have a severe allergy to wheat (Celiac), and after he touches a tortilla, he not only grabs the lettuce and cheese with this glove but also pushes down the rice with the same glove. When I see that he’s working I cannot eat there because I know I’ll be sick because he’s not changing his gloves. Please try to fix this because there are only a few restaurants I can eat at with Celiac . Thank you.
I never ordered online before from them so i was hesitant & hoping I wouldn't be picking up something wrong, etc.. I was pleasantly surprised! They had my entire order ready & waiting upon arrival. They didn't skimp on it either! Loads of toppings & a great portion of chicken. I will continue to order online from this location. Thank you! :)
