Great shop. I lost my eyeglasses needed for zoom meetings and went in with a copy of my prescription from my eye doctor. The staff was very patient with helping me find new frames (I tried on 30) and offered expert advice (too big in the bridge, etc) and then very speedy with filling the prescription and getting me out the door and back to work. Recommend.

If you need glasses, this is the place to go! Kevin and his staff go above and beyond for their customers. Not only are they knowledgeable and helpful, but their selection is top notch. There is something for everyone at every price range! My entire family goes to Eyes on Chagrin and has since they opened! The staff and owner will make you feel like family. They truly make the effort to get to know their customers and make wonderful recommendations based on what the customers are looking for. I know that when I stop in I will always be taken care of and know that you will be taken care of as well! Make sure to stop in for your next pair of glasses, you won't be disappointed.

Eyes on Chagrin offers a great selection of glasses with outstanding customer service. I have gotten several pairs of frames and have loved all of them. They always have great options, its hard to pick just 1 pair. Their staff takes time to work with customers on selecting the right pair and they are very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate that they carry frames of all sizes - I generally need a smaller pair of frames and this is the only store that I have been able to find amazing glasses that fit me! I love their sunglasses too.
