They will not honor their coupons for the color samples that the color consultant. (their employee) gave us, very rude and unprofessional manager locked himself in the office and refused to talk to us or honor the coupons,diy's can get a better price than the contractors that spend thousands of dollars every month...seriously? Lowe's samples are 1.39,thats where i go from now on, S.W. wants to rob you blind.

Love the paint. But the sales person gave me a crumpled can. When I questioned that he told me he ha crushed it in the shaker but “it’s fine”. Really?! I guess I needed to pay more for an uncrushed can. I was on a schedule so I didn’t argue the point. I won’t be back to this store.
Usually pretty good, this time they were out of stock, and sent me to another out of stock location.
