The runoff from these communities are flooding Kingwood and causing property values to plummet (see the three recent floods in Elm Grove and other flooding occurring just south of this community at the old St. Martha's twice). Poorly designed with little to no natural trees. This is not Kingwood, regardless of them buying into the association. One drive through Kingwood is all the proof you need. Master planned meant that there were greenbelt paths lined with trees between homes. These new communities are also causing a traffic nightmare on North Park drive daily. Not to mention the ecological disaster of clear cutting that happened just west of Room Grove Village.
