I've been calling them every other day for two weeks and no one picks up. I was wanting to switch service providers but apparently they don't seem to want any business. I'll pass.

Customer service didn't know what they were doing. Tried to explain it to them but wouldn't listen to me. Do not recommend. Went to the one on Blackstock Rd besides Lowes, they got me service with Metro with no problems.

This place is under new management and cannot be any more amazing... Walking out with amazing devices for cheap and the service is awesome.. Another thing is that smartpay helps with those who are financially struggling. Walking out of this store with a new phone in my hand and unlimited everything makes my life simpler

people never answer the phone here and rarely ever returns phone calls and when they do, its a day or two later. great price yes, as far as the service, CRAPPY! never been so disappointed in a phone company. some days when the store says there are open, and you go to the store, nobody is there....store closed. no sign telling you if the person will be back or not.

This is a great store with helpful, friendly staff. Can't go wrong with MetroPcs service, just as good as any major brand carrier and the BEST low priced phones!
