I have used Waters Tire for years on all my vehicles. They are very accommodating. Their service is impeccable and very fast. Love the new building and location. If you haven’t used them yet, you will not be disappointed.

I love this place. Everyone is nice. Their new location is very nice and a comfortable place to wait in. They take the time to explain and actually show me anything that's going on with my car besides my usual oil change. I highly recommend them.

My 16 year old niece went there for an oil change today. 225 dollars later she had her rotors and brake pads changed. My niece said she thought he said 25. She said she must have misunderstood him when he quoted her the price. My niece tried to call her mom at work, but she could not get in touch with her at that particular moment. The work should NOT have been initiated until they had approval. My sister (her mom) called up there and the owner told her that my niece said it was okay to do it and how was he supposed to know how old she was. He should have called an adult to verify the work needed. He should have asked for permission before even beginning the work! This is a perfect example of a business taking advantage of a young lady!

The low tire pressure light came on after we left home headed to Charleston for vacation. We are not from the area and weren't sure where to stop. We stopped here and are so glad we chose this business. The people here were super nice and helpful. They patched our tire and charged us a fair price. We were very impressed by the way we were treated by the employees and appreciate their help!
