Michael E. Excellent service! Knowledgeable about trade. Informed me of issues and upgrades to system and explained the benefits of upgrades for the long term. Didn’t show up just to ascertain my issue that I called about, but looked into that and checked the rest of the system and took care of issues found. Great guy!

Amazing response time from Woods Comfort. Came out in a foot of snow (once in a lifetime in Austin) after we had a pipe burst and had to shut off our water. I called 25 other plumping services and no one would come out. Woods Comfort sent Royce and was done by 3pm and our water was running again. Amazing service, we’re so thankful!!!

I worked with Brittany over the phone to get someone out to our home to check out our furnace. She took the time to call several different people for me to make sure it would be covered under our warranty with our builder. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Not only did she make sure we were covered, she eased my worries and scheduled someone to come take a look at our system within hours. Our technician William was very professional and kind. He was very thorough and figured out what the issue was. He was able to patiently explain what the problem was and then quickly fix it. William was very respectful and wore protective booties throughout our home. We LOVE Woods Comfort Systems and 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Michael Eisenhauer came to check why one of the zones on our heat pump system was stuck on heat. I was pleased that he came since he has been here before and I was impressed with him in the past. He arrived on time and was his usual personable self. He had his mask on and wore booties to keep from tracking dust down from the attic. Michael determined that the zone thermostat was faulty and was stuck on heat. He suggested that I replace it. While he was here, he performed the semi-annual inspection. A few days later, I wanted to ask him a couple of questions about the setup options on the thermostat. I called Woods and Jaden answered and said she would have Michael call me. Within five minutes Michael called and explained the options to me. Great service and a job well done. I was very impressed and in the future, I will always request Michael.
