We use their drop off laundry service and whenever we get our clothes back they’re always folded perfectly and neatly without any wrinkles. Much better than I could do myself and always ready before the day/time they originally give me!

I know alot of businesses are struggling thru this horrible financial crisis were all experiencing, but I'm pretty sure alot of people will not stop doing their laundry because it's a necessity in life. But when a business starts taking advantage of the bad situation we're in and Jack up prices, that becomes an issue for many people. Now higher prices to wash and no more free dry. Almost a dollar for a drying machine. Shame on you guys.

At first this laundromat was pretty good--spacious, enough washers and dryers, helpful staff. But not anymore. Staff is rude sometimes, not that it matters to me much since I'm just there to do laundry, not to have a convo with the workers. I asked if I could use a washer because three entire rows were being used by the staff alone & there really were no smaller washers available, and the lady just ignored me and later said, "use one over there"-- when I had already told her there were none, just the really big ones, which I didn't need. After a minute standing there not knowing what to do, she gave me the washer with an attitude. And on any given day of the week you're stuck figuring out which washer to even use because nearly all of them say "out of order", when in fact they aren't. Seems to me they just do that to save a washer for themselves. I get it, you have work to do. But don't do that to 3 entire rows of washers when it's already busy with customers. I'd rather read a sign that says 'reserved' than a lie of a sign saying the machine doesn't work.
