It’s our first time to try Global Cargo and it exceeded our expectations. We were hesitant in the beginning due to some negative reviews but we got convinced eventually as majority of my relatives & friends recommended GCM because of their affordable rates and they never got a problem with their service at all. Also, the customer service at their Manila & Woodside,NY branch was excellent! We never had a problem contacting them.Tracking them was never an issue as well. We sent 7 boxes and it was delivered with care & earlier than expected. The boxes arrived in good condition. I was told by my fam in the Philippines that the delivery staff were all kind. Thank you GCM! Hoping that we’ll continue to receive the same service in the future!
Made an appointment for my box to be picked up. They never showed up! So frustrating because I had to take day off and ended up just waiting for nothing. I called them to ask if they were ever coming and responded " I'll call you in 5 mins" and then hung up. I then took my box to the actually store and told them about what happened and they just said " oh yeah we were busy". They did not even apologized and just went along to take my box. They could've called and updated that they were not coming. Very unprofessional and very poor in communicating with their customers.
Boxes arrived in good condition. Prices are fair! Staff is easy to deal with, excluding that lady in Roosevelt Outlet who is rude...I tink she was already fired. good for her.
Arribed safe and complete. Kudos to all the people behind this freight company.
