Decided to go with 31-W quote for blown in insulation in our attic. Scheduled them to come out and do the job. They never showed up and never called. I’ve tried reaching out several times to our sales contact and haven’t heard back for 5 days now. Had to call another branch’s office to get the Woodstock one to call me.

Contracted this company as they promised to do the job quickly. They have promised to be out for 3 straight days now and make excuse after excuse as to why they can't get to the job site to do a complete job. They did manage to send out a single guy to do some quick caulk but then he left stating someone else will do the rest. Additionally, they made me give them a credit card number to \hold my place on the schedule and start the job\ which I was hesitant about but did anyway. Who knows how that is going to go? Stay very far away from this shadey business!! They will cost you time & money in the end.
