My appointment went by so smooth, and the staff and Dr. Patel were wonderful. I was able to get my prescription fast for contacts and glasses. And my glasses came in much sooner than expected which was a plus! Really happy I can now go across the street to get my eyes taken care of rather than having to make the trip down to Marietta. Thank you again!

Came with my wife to her eye appointment to make sure all is okay with her vision. I have many vision issues myself and very familiar with processes. So wanted to make sure all okay as any caring person would. Not 30 seconds after stepping in the front door I was rudely asked to leave and wait outside. We were both wearing masks and the store was nearly empty. No reason at all for me to be asked to leave and not allowed to stay with my wife. We will not be back. America's Best is cheap for a reason. Go elsewhere. They are the dollar general of eye care.

Lack of customer service skills is putting it mildly. The actual eye doctor that helped me was very nice. However, the staff on the floor was a nightmare experience. The young lady that actually checked me out was so rude and explained absolutely nothing to me. When I asked her to explain the options that she was asking me to purchase, I got the eye roll and a brief, rushed explanation and pointing to a chart in front of me, as if I was supposed to read and understand automatically what I was reading. After feeling very embarrassed about asking questions about all these prices that I was paying out of pocket, I feel like I was almost bullied and pressured into making a snap decision and ended up paying almost 400. I feel buyers remorse and it wasn't explained that I could only purchase 1 pair for now or no pairs if that's what I chose right now because it was very expensive for me. It was a very bad experience and again, felt bullied and pressured into this purchase. I definitely won't be going back and would NEVER recommend any of my friends or family to go there. Will although make sure my experience is shared with anyone that will listen! Uncaring, unprofessional and unworthy of the money I spent there. This was the Woodstock store on 92. I believe its Woodstock square.

Came in with my sister to get contacts , every clean and calm environment! The process was speedy but efficient! I absolutely love this location ! Wouldn’t go to any other one as long as this one is standing ️ Get to your appointment on time , and be sure to fill out the information sent to your email the day before and you won’t have any problems!

First time getting a new pair of glasses in a rather long time. Lady that helped me seemed more interested in pushing everything on my that she could. I was already having to pay for the glasses out of pocket, I didn't realize that the anti-glare was an additional charge when I was originally paying, but she loved asking if I wanted to get everything else but that (Anti blue light, transitions). Go in today and had to pay another 55 for the anti-glare, so I have to wait again to get my new glasses. They try to get away with asking the very bare minimum about what'd be most helpful to have on glasses, but then they want to try to get you to get everything else. They seem genuinely disinterested in wanting to provide a good service.

I was in and out very quickly with everything I needed! The receptionist Autumn was very polite and helpful, and she was very well informed on everything I asked about. Clean building, did a great job!

I have been coming to America's Best for many years now. Never a bad experience. The doctor at the Woodstock location is super nice and very detailed with the exam. Customer service is pleasant!

I’d rather go blind than deal with this place. Worst costumer service ever. I should have read the reviews first. Showed up at 10:55 for my 11:00 appointment. The store was empty. The girl at the front desk said they can’t see me bc I didn’t fill out the online paperwork that was emailed to me. Found an email that was sent at 1:00am in my junk folder. Filled it out. It’s now 11:01, front desk girl says manager, Coy, says no they can’t see me today bc you can’t fill out paperwork in the store. Wait what??
