I would give zero stars but google won’t allow me, so they get one star. The pretzel was delicious but the employees were not helpful and rude. I had a free pretzel coupon to use on the rewards app. It was my first time using a coupon on the app so I clicked redeem while I was waiting in line to have it pulled up by the time I ordered. When I redeemed the coupon a QR code appeared with 60 seconds to use it!! It was “expired” by the time I reached the front of the line and they didn’t let me use it. They did not offer me anything for the inconvenience and said I had to use the code before the 60 second expiration time. Are you kidding me?? Very disappointed in this store. Teach your employees some customer service and fix the issue with the coupons on the app expiring in one minute.

came in yesterday on the 4th, they were not real super busy, had almost nothing ready to grab and go and then Waited 12 minutes for them to make 2 cin raisin pretzels and tore it apart to find like ,no raisins. Would have came back in and complain but witnessed the young, tall male supervisor rudely helping another customer with a problem,didn't want to disturb or deal with someone like Him and did not have the time for it either. this is not the first bad experience at this location that is why i finally took the time to review, tired of this.

I had never been to Auntie Anne's and my wife has always raved about it. We received the T-Mobile free pretzel coupon so I thought this would be a great time to try it. We went in at 8:30pm last night (store hours say open until 9:30pm) the staff was cleaning as if they were about to close and looked annoyed from the second we walked in the door. My wife ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel and received it. When I ordered mine I was told all they had left were unsalted and they weren't making anymore because they close soon. If the hours are wrong at they closed at 8:30 that is one thing and I can understand, but if they do in fact close at 9:30 I feel like that is not great customer service. I think the T-mobile promotion is probably used to bring in new customers like myself and hopefully retain them. That is not the case here.
