I joined the club about two months ago. While I like the fact that the store isn't crowded, the level of customer service is highly inconsistent among employees. I was checking out and needed a price check. The young lady that was helping me went to do the price check, but quickly started helping two couples while I stood there waiting. I do not see how my price check was any less important. I left my item at the register since she felt the need to assist others and deemed me less important. Furthermore, the people that work the entrance are not always friendly. They are chatting and act as if I am bothering them when I enter and ask for a wipe for my cart. Lastly, items that I started purchasing when I first joined have gone up by as much as 2.00 in the last couple of months. I stopped purchasing those items. I will be ending my membership because I am not driving as much and there are really no other perks with the prices rising so sharply.

They are huge and offer a big variety of different items and it's always changing. Even if your single and think you can't use bulk, that it would go to waste, think again, it's a great place to stock up on toiletries, as well as things like socks or underwater or jeans, ( but know your size, cause there are no dressing rooms!) Also a great place to stock up on printer ink & paper, as well as pet food & supplies. So it does great for single folks too. Plus, their gas prices are the best bar none, but you'll wait in line, but it's worth the discount you get, believe me.
BJ's was open, and that was good. Not to to busy, didn't get everything I wanted, but got most. People always nice in there, maybe a little shorthanded today, but checkout was fast and easy. All in all, a good visit as usual
BJ’s are a bunch a scam artists. We bought a tv for my 83 year Grandmother who lives in NM for Christmas during there Black Friday deals and had it shipped to her for me to set up at Christmas time. We just traveled there and open the box and discovered it was cracked. Now BJs is telling us we cannot return it because damaged items have to be returned in 14 day. It was Christmas present from us and she didn’t want to open it on until help her with it.
I went to B j for the first time They have very poor customer service. Their is no one @ the entrance to tell you, you cannot shop without membership. When you go to checkout they force you to be a member. It is a waste of time. Their prices are sky rocketing. I would never enter B J in my lifetime.
