I worked there for 7 years. Had to go in for surgery back in March, they refused to accommodate my restrictions when I was allowed to go back to work in April. FMLA ran out on May 15th. Had to see my surgeon every six weeks for an update, leave there and head straight for work to give them the update because I had weight restrictions with my left arm. They still wouldn't accommodate so by July 30th is when I got the phone call from HR that I was being let go. Nice huh? Now I understand from the first year I worked there why so many people told me to get out. If you plan on trying to get a job there, don't work on the Production floor.

Was told during orientation, during training, and multiple people. Can only war hats for religious reasons and medical reasons. Showed up with a doctor's note saying to wear a hat to protect the wound on the back of my head. They sent me home. Talked to HR. They said for religious purposes only. That is dumb. Medical reasons should always rule over religious reasons every time. Can see now why they have a high turn out rate.
