We moved to town a few months ago and I was nervous about getting a new cleaner. But after 6 months of collection, I dropped off a large bag of clothes yesterday. But I realized before I left that my NYE outfit was in the bag I had given her, so I told the owner not to worry about it, I would spot clean at home so I could wear it tonight. But she quickly offered to clean it for me, with rush pickup today for the outfit and then pick up on Thursday for everything else (since they’re closed NY day). When I just arrived to pick it up, she had already cleaned everything in my bag! Such great service. And she’s so sweet/joyful. This is definitely my new go-to cleaners. Thank y’all!

I brought in a one hundred percent Merino wool jacket to be dry cleaned. Since the tag said it could be hand washed and air dried, they took it upon themselves to ignore my request and washed it and massively shrunk it. When I brought it back I was questioned about the size like I would lie. Luckily, I have two of the same jacket and brought the second one in to be measured. Over and over he let me take the jacket home knowing full well he was not able to fix his mistakes. He refuses to take any responsibility for HIS not following my request. He refuses to offer any compensation for HIS not following my requests or the label directions. He had to have put the jacket in the dryer to cause that amount of shrinkage. When an owner treats a customer with such disrespect as I have been treated, I would think twice about ever ever using this cleaners.
