This was my first time visiting the office. My normal eye care place was closed for training the entire week. However, I needed to be seen for an urgent matter, and so was referred to Edwards Eye Care for an appointment. To say I was satisfied with my visit would be a complete understatement. I was BEYOND impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism that was provided to me as a first time patient. Everyone within the office was absolutely welcoming, timely, and courteous. Dr. Edwards himself was extremely friendly and actually listened to my concerns regarding the issues I was experiencing with my eye. He seemed genuinely interested in ensuring that I had a positive experience as a patient. Specifically, he took the time to review, in detail, the photos that were taken of each eye; thoroughly discussed the potential eye problem that had initially raised my concerns and led to my scheduling an appointment; and, conducted a very comprehensive examination to rule out any other eye conditions. I had left the office feeling assured that my concerns had been fully addressed. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Dr. Edwards and his services. In my opinion, he and his team are 100% outstanding. (And to be quite frank, based on my recent experience here, I am currently considering a switch of eye care providers!)

Dr. Edwards and his staff are truly five star! Dr. Edwards helped me transition to multi-focus contact lenses and boy did it make a difference for me. I work on the computer a lot as well as engrave and emboss many items for clients. I feel like my eyes are 20 years younger with these lenses. Thank you so much for helping me Dr. Edwards. You have a patient for life!

My husband and I went into this location, with an appointment, for him to look for new glasses. The lady who was helping us was very rude and irritated when after spending a short amount of time looking at frames, he told her he would be back in touch later that day with a decision. She reacted exactly like a salesman trying to convince you to buy a timeshare would when they found out you weren’t interested. She turned on her heels and left the room,

Was in from out of town and the wire broke on my glasses. Edwards fixed then up in no time and didn't even charge me. Their frame selection was much better than what I have seen near where I live. This is a great business with excellent customer service.

Very nice establishment and Dr. Edward's and his staff are very courteous and pleasant. They schedule you with very little waiting time which is refreshing to see that you do not have to sit and wait. Highly recommend.
