Kayla was so helpful!! I needed an outfit for a piano performance and hadn't been shopping in ages. She was so nice & helped me find the perfect outfit & matching jewelry. Fashion is not my forte so I was so happy she was able to help!! Excellent customer service, and the gentleman who greeted us at the door was so helpful and kind as well. Love the great customer service & the clothes are AWESOME, I got many compliments on my outfit!! Thank you!!

Love shopping here! If you think you're going to save money at an outlet mall, then you'll be sadly disappointed. However, I like the variety of products you can buy here. It's cool to see new items that aren't in the department stores.

Absolutely stunned by one employees rudeness. "Pauline" was insulting and rude from the beginning of my shopping experience at this Express store. I had my suit, shoes, & shirt picked out for a wedding I am attending and was looking to buy 2 additional pair of jeans that where on sale when she approached me and insisted that I was shopping in the wrong section and further stating "You are not athletic. There's no way you wear athletic jeans." It was at this point that I decided to take my business elsewhere. I told the polite, much younger ladies at the checkout counter that I had just put back all of my items back because of this person's comments and rudeness and asked for her name for which they replied, "Pauline." A 350 purchase may not be a big one for most people but it is for me and I intend to spend it in an establishment whose employees will at very least not be hateful and insulting when I am nothing but kind. I know the holiday's are tough, particularly in retail, as having been a retail employee in the past but there is absolutely no reason to act this way towards someone like myself that goes out of my way to brighten up people's day.
