Good product but absolutely horrible customer service. Also, who still charges almost 15 for shipping in 2020? Majority of businesses do free shipping and factor that into the price. Plus, your package doesn't even get to you in time for the amount you're paying for shipping. Wanted to support a small business during these tough times but not if they can't even track a fedex tracking number that says lost. Very disappointed.

I cannot sing enough praises about Farmhouse Pottery and their one-of-a-kind artisan pieces. From their Silo dinner plates to their pantry candlesticks to their mouth-blown tea lights, we have gotten so many compliments about a recent tablescape we designed using their tabletop elements. The quality of each item is so good you can feel it… we basically want to buy their entire inventory now :)
In-house potters, whom you can watch from the shop while maintaining social distancing. Interesting, distinctive VT gift selection.
