Wow. The manager here is beyond rude. I was standing in line waiting my turn and she went " may I help you?" So I asked her if there was a rewards program. She snapped at me and went "uh yes but the gentleman over there will help you. You just need to wait in line " I WAS WAITING IN LINE ???? SHE WAS THE ONE WHO ASKED ME OVER ?? extremely rude and she was practically kicking customers out of the store 10 min before closing time. I've honestly never experienced such rude customer service. Who the heck call someone over just to scold them for something they didn't do??? I asked the gentleman who helped me if she was the manager and he told me that she was. Honestly speechless.

I have shopped at this location on more than one occasion and can attest that you will not find a more friendly and helpful staff at this entire outlet mall. They welcome me as soon as I walk in the door and make sure that I'm aware of whatever might be on sale at that time. There are plenty of times where I have gone in to get something for a certain event coming up and received one on one attention to help me pick out an entire outfit. They will even call over another employee so that they can both give me an honest opinion of how well I might look. The employees are all great but try your best to have the VERY attractive blond manager girl help you out. She picks out the best outfits to make sure that I'll get all the attention from the ladies! I have told many of my friends to go here if they feel like getting treated like a rock star! UPDATE: This store has really gone downhill since last November! The store is constantly trashed, messy, filthy and to be quite honest, unsafe. There are hangers all over the floor that someone could step on and slip. The customer service is gone. I don't know what happened but this used to be one of my favorite stores to shop at the entire outlet. I no longer shop at this location.

They did no have a size so they recomended to order online thru their store. They charged me more on the online sale than the actual store sale item price. Then they could not issue a refund and asked to come back another day to get an online refund to use on their website. They did not even told me the amount before running my card. Horrible customer service.... the manager should had just given a store credit for their employee messing up. But i guess they don't care. It is not the money it the way they treat people.

I came here to get a bookbag purse for my mom. She loved it. I love the fact the prices were the same for all of them. The quality was great also.
