They are super nice and professional. They make great recommendations. I don't feel like they were trying to get over on me and despite me showing upright as they were closing, Harrison Smith, the manager, still let me come through. I would highly recommend and even drive out of my way to let them service my car.

I came to get my required emissions test done for my vehicle and I interacted with 3 staff members, who all were not wearing masks. It’s a shame emissions aren’t waved during a pandemic... The staff are all really nice however.

I changed my oil on 02/06/2019. As I left I noticed the sticker says 3000 miles for the next visit. I went back, and I asked the manager why 3000 miles I asked for synthetic oil change. He said it was a misprint by his computer and he fixed it to 5000 miles. havoline rep told me that I need transportation oil change. Soon after I left my car started to cut off ll. I took it to the mechanic 02/18/201 and I asked about the transmission oil change. After the mechanic looked at it. The battery was losened. And the oil was not changed. I asked him to do the job I waited and watched the work done. I asked for the filter that was placed by havoline on 02/06/2019 to be saved. I went back to havoline and Harrison the store manager attacked me with so many f words flying out. He claimed he has camera. I asked for the track and invoice that has my filter number when it was order as to their digital video can be edited. They refused to show me the true evidence that corroborate logically with the item sold. I was charged60 for this. Here is the photos and evidence. If any of you disagree that the oil you have in this picture is two weeks old let me know. But 3 shops and Honda dealership said this oil is old and has not been changed!
