In my 12 week challenge, I lost 8 inches with an individualized plan. The workouts are challenging and provide results if you put the work in. Matt and Erica are great PROFESSIONAL business owners who really care about the health of their clients. Most importantly, due to degenerative arthritis, I was scheduled to have total hip replacement surgery this Spring. After 6 months with Hustle House, I no longer need the surgery anytime soon. I am stronger, healthier, and can now keep up with my busy preschoolers. Thank you Hustle House!

Matt has been great! My kids (young teens) have been working out there for over four months now and still look forward to going. He tailors workouts that are age appropriate and often gears them around what they are into. For example, my son and daughter enjoy skateboarding so some of the workouts are geared towards increasing strength, balance etc to help foster their skills and self confidence. I definitely recommend Hustle House for both kids and adults.
