I met with Dr. McComb for possible extraction of a wisdom tooth. He told that extraction was the best thing to do. He explained what would be done and that it was easy and painless. He explained that a local injection would numb it fine (no gas or IV...just like a cavity). He did a great job for me. He was right that the extraction was painless, sure it hurt a little after about 3 hours but Tylenol worked fine. I slept fine for the first night and had very little pain the next day. Of course, I don't want to see any oral surgery again, but if I have to I would come back to Dr. Ian McComb.
