very nice and friendly sometimes takes a while to do a hat but always comes out well

DO NOT take your things here to be embroidered if you have any kind of time constraint. Very poor management that can’t even accept responsibility for embroidery taking 5x as long as expected.
I came in Monday evening, excited about a new hat. Being that this was my first time shopping for a hat I was expecting to be helped but instead wasn’t greeted at all. There was no one in the store but me and the manager Terell, he didn’t even look up from his phone when I entered the store. I proceeded to Ask him a few questions, which he answered with a bad attitude. He didn’t even come from behind the counter to assist me, he stayed on his phone The entire time. Frustrated, I left the store without purchasing, he did not care try to assist me AT ALL! I was upset because my intentions were to purchase a hat, I left unsatisfied. He should really work on his customer service, as a manager he should be driving sales not sitting on his phone ignoring customers .
