Well I really wanted to give them another shot but last night was the last chance. My wife ordered online and it stated my pizza would be done at 7:05 at 6:41 I got a text saying the pizza's ready. Curbside pickup was very nice but when I got home we started eating the pizza and the dough was not done under the sauce I called to ask if we could bring the pizza back or to just cook it and I was told put it in the oven at 4:25. Usually at this point in time the company should offer something let's say a discount for the next Pizza. I was hung up on and will never order from them again

Very yummy and good pizza... we moved to Woodstock a few months ago and this has been our go to place since we moved... they are very accommodating and patient to my semi loud special needs children... and enjoy the 2 pizzas for 16.95 special definitely a good deal... never had an issue.. great service
Napoli used to be a very good pizza place, but it started to go downhill. They started hiring young girls that are always on their phone and not paying attention who comes inside the facility. Cleanliness is not their strong suit. Don’t come here if you’re new to the area. There are better options.
This place really went downhill in the past couple of months, it used to be my favorite spot for pizza... now I get hair in almost every pizza we get. I usually get a napoli's special toppings were raw water juice in every bite. I love family owned businesses. It's sad but after many attempts to give them another shot it's time to move on and find a new pizza place :(
