Other than the corona virus check in person everything was great!!! The lady at the door needs to keep her political views about Joe Biden to herself.

Office and scheduling error resulted in my first appointment a week after scheduled. Zero communication from office over alleged missed appointment. Never saw doctor.

Dr Jiang fixed an issue that the VA (Emory surgeons) could not figure out how to resolve after over 2 years of pondering! He is awesome, timely, precise and above all professional. I would never trust anyone else with the care of my hand, the way that I have trusted him and his team!

I broke a bone in my foot in 2018 and saw Dr. Jones. Neither my wife nor I though he was very interested in my foot injury -- he seemed bored. The injury did not require a cast but I did need a boot which they provided. I asked Dr. Jones if I needed to get the boot there or if I could get it elsewhere. His response was, \You might be able to find it at a medical supply store.\ Not knowing where a medical supply store was in the area, I got the boot from them. The boot company charged insurance 400, insurance didn't pay a dime but discounted the boot to 216 which was my responsibility. The identical boot retails on Amazon and other retailers for 74-94. Dr. Jones said I needed to return in 2 weeks for a follow-up appointment. When I came back, they took another x-ray and I incurred another x-ray and office charge. I asked Dr. Jones how it was heeling and he replied \It's too early to tell.\ He told me to come back in 6 weeks. I didn't go back. I did some research on my injury. The UK National Health Service guidelines recommend getting the foot examined, wear a brace for 6-8 weeks and come back ONLY if you experience problems. I feel that Northside and Dr. Jones were more interested in making money than providing reasonable service.
