Amazing staff ! Very polite and courteous. My son’s surgery from start to out the door was total about an hour. Four wisdom teeth cut out ! I gave only four stars because I think the only thing they did not do was leave a voicemail. The day before surgery they called and according to the person who tried to call it was in regards to the cost. So she never ever left a voicemail . It would have been helpful because I would have been able to prepare myself for the large bill that had to be paid in full the day of surgery. The number they called from was not stored as I have a different number for them stored . This is the reason I didn’t answer.

Scheduled an appointment for my consultant and had to drive almost an hour here. And they weren’t even at the office. Very hit and miss. You never know when you can get in or if you’ll even be seen. i’ve been turned down before this.

My son had his wisdom teeth extracted in July. I paid around 900 up front and a claim was filed with my insurance for the rest. Shortly after the procedure, I got my EOB from the insurance company, and it showed that the patient responsibility is 333.00. So after waiting a few weeks and not getting anything in the mail from Oral Surgery 4 GA, I called to ask when I would be getting a refund check since I paid 900 and insurance was saying my responsibility was only 333. The office manager eventually called me back and said that this was a mistake on the insurance company's part and that they would have this corrected because my responsibility really should be around 900. So I assumed I would get a new EOB when this had been corrected. So now it is October, and I just checked my insurance online. There is no new EOB. The only one I see is the one that says my responsibility is only 333. Without a revised EOB, I cannot even pull the remaining 600 out of my HSA, and right now that balance is sitting on a credit card accruing interest charges. It felt a little odd to me when the office manager first told me that my insurance had paid the claim incorrectly, and it feels even more suspicious now, 3 months later, when there is still no new EOB. Feels a little bit shady...
