Had an ER visit yesterday for a hurt knee, called to make an appointment with their recommended practice and they couldn’t get me in until Monday. Someone suggested this practice and gave it a try. They were able to fit me in next day, the day before Thanksgiving no less! They were very efficient, kind and compassionate. The doctor I saw, Dr. Chen, was thorough and personable with his guidance and plan. The appointment was quick...I think we were there for a maximum of 45 minutes. I am very appreciative of their support and help!

Had arthroscopic surgery here. Dr was very good and did a great job. However, there were challenges with them and insurance from the beginning. Pushed back surgery due to that. Then after surgery billing tries to change the price that was agreed on. Surgery center was good and their billing was fine as well. Drs office not so much even with much follow up. Be careful

Josh Shuford (PA for Dr. Stephen Kim) is the best! He took the time to really listen to my problem and ordered X-rays and then a stat MRI since he knew I was in a lot of pain. A couple days later, he fully explained everything to me and walked me through my MRI and lab results. Josh is professional, very easy to talk to, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend both Josh and Resurgens Orthopaedics.

Easily filled out paperwork online and was able to get an appointment quickly. There was barely any wait when I arrived. I got X-rays, saw the dr, and checked out all under an hour! Super friendly staff. Dr. Chen seemed fully competent and was professional.

Today was my first visit to Resurgens. Everything went well and I have no complaints. The receptionist, x-ray tech, and PA were all very friendly and competent. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs an ortho doctor/PA.
