0 STARS - CROOKS - Called out with AHS for Water Heater leaking and needed replacement. The tech Pavel showed up and was nice and seemed knowledgeable, but after further research found that he lied about a bunch of additional repairs and told me my warranty was only going to cover 129.00 and that I owed 1,200.00 I spoke with AHS (American Home Shield) and they said I have full replacement coverage of my water heater and they never told them they would only cover 129.00. What he tried to do was double charge me and AHS for a water heater when the water heater was completely free of charge to me due to warranty, but lied to AHS saying there were 1500 in additional repairs that the warranty company would not cover only a small amount towards the replacement cost, then tries to tell me the water heater is only covered for that small amount of replacement cost so he can charge me for all of it out of pocket and get the water heater free from AHS. THese guys are Crooks.
Faucet from tub was leaking behind the wall and apparently this plumbing service doesn’t carry water proof, silicone sealant to put between faucet and wall. Apparently this is a “handy man’s job” and “not their job.” Not sure how many other plumbers don’t water tight seal around fixtures. #wonteveruseagain
It was an absolute pleasure having this company provide my home warranty service. They sent someone out EXACTLY as expected. Dimitar, the person they sent, was very professional, asked a couple of questions and quickly knew the solution. He took care of my disposal issue quickly and cleaned up everything. It isn't always the case that the company my home warranty chooses to send works out well. In the case of RG Plumbing, I got an excellent provider. Thank you for prompt, efficient and accurate service!
Stay away from this company. They come out a few months ago to repair the toilet. Noticed today the toilet not even tight. Call them and ask him to come back he said no.Only a 90 day warranty on all repairs. If I run my company like that I’d be able to business
I had a water heater break and partially flood my house on a Sunday night. After cleaning up all the water I contacted American Home Shield who referred my issue to RG Plumbing who contacted me and was able to get a technician to my house by 9:30 Amon Monday. Pavel, was the tech and I found him to be very courteous and after diagnosing the need to replace the water heater, was able to isolate the water heater and keep cold water active in my house until replacement. RG Plumbing was able to work quickly with AHS and had a better quality water heater installed by Wednesday evening. There were costs above just the replacement due to county restrictions and guidelines that my previous water heater failed to have. Pavel was able to explain all changes required and why and had my hot water restored with no issues. The Installation looks clean and professional and I would definitely use them in the future if the need arises.
