The store had a good selection but the interaction we had with one associate completely soured the experience. She was VERY rude. My mother and I were in to make an exchange on a pair of under garments because we accidentally grabbed the wrong size. While the associate was removing the pair we were returning from the bag she questioned if we wore them while insinuating that we did. I understand that like most stores, especially with under garments, the returned item has to be unworn with the tags attached. The garments were completely clean, unworn with the tag attached. It seems the associate didn't understand that there is a way to ask without making an accusation or going on a tangent. Apart from being in complete disbelief we were completely dissatisfied with our experience. While at the counter we saw another associate come to her and ask if she could use the restroom. She was very hostel in her response to her as well. It was very much uncalled for and distasteful.

The staff is nice. Nobody constantly bothering you while you shop. But if you need assistance they will help you. Good atmosphere, neat, and clean store.
