Called Swing Time about a month ago about advising me on replacing the in-ground steaks on our almost 7 yr old playground set. Natalie from ST said it was still under warranty and that the could come out on a month to replace for FREE as a courtesy. I was skeptical (because a lot of times people don’t follow through) but OMG the guys from ST just showed up and spent 10 mins on checking ALL the bolts & screws and replaced the steaks. Gave me specific, easy maintenance advice too. I couldn’t be more pleased with this company especially at a time when they are busy as they are. Great customer service! Thank you Swimg Time!

We had a great experience with this company from start to finish! We read some negative reviews and were hesitant at first but decided to give them a call. Everyone was friendly and professional. We don't have a big backyard so we ended up just getting a small swingset but our kids love it! They have been out in the freezing cold playing on it almost every day! I would recommend them.
My whole family loves our new playset! We shopped around and Swingtime has the best built sets that we have seen. We are so happy with the way that they were able to customize a set to our yard. The employees took the time to answer all of our questions and were so helpful. A
We are so happy that we decided to go with Swingtime for our new playfort and swings. We thought that we were going to have to put it in the middle of our backyard because that was the only flat area, but when they came out to look at our yard, they recommended an area off to the side that was a little sloped. Now our fort is in the shade for the majority of the day and we still have an open yard to play soccer. The quality and strength is also better than anybody else's in the neighborhood.
We were originally going to buy a set from Costco, like our neighbors. So glad that we checked theirs out first. It was about a year old and was already shaky. After doing some shopping, we decided on Swingtime. Our set is sturdy and well built. It also has a wooden roof. The neighbors are already having to replace their tarp roof. We highly recommend Swingtime.
