Unfortunate employees at this store need to show up sick. Children's Place, what is your sick policy? Shopping for my 9 month old, I was extremely turned off watching an employee clearly very sick stocking items and coughing all over. You should re-think paid sick time for your staff; otherwise, your staff are infecting our little babies. It is a shame retail workers feel they have no choice but to work sick to support their family.

I went a little crazy shopping online and I got a bunch of sizes that didn't fit my daughter so I had to come in exchange them out for smaller sizes. The lady Hope took over an hour to help me find everything that I had bought and even gave me different shirts for the ones they didn't have, she went well out of her way to help me and the store was crazy packed because of back to school shopping!!!!

Great experience with this store and their workers. The manager was very helpful and she went out of her way to help me with a few Christmas angels I was purchasing for. I highly recommend this store!!

Bad experience. Had bought a button up shirt at another CP store, was marked down. After buying saw a hole in it. Came here to exchange or return for another one. Told the sales clerk about the issue and she spoke with the manager. The manager said it was probably marked down to begin with because of defect. I never have known of CP to purposely sell defective clothing. Who takes a shirt off the hanger, unbuttons it and checks for defects before buying it? I asked that, and they just looked at me.... I asked what they would do with it if it was returned. Was told it would be put it back on floor to resell. Cannot believe they would resell a defective piece of clothing. I ended up keeping it and the original store I bought from was great about replacing and returning it.

we love shopping here because the salespeople are very helpful and the store is always well stocked! Unlike some of the retail stores in the mall, this store has items that easy to find by size and gender.

Terrible service! Cashiers were very unprofessional with customers because they had a line. They had a promotion and my purchase qualified for it so I asked about it and the girl said she did not know about it. When I was pointing at the sign! Wow! So disappointed
