Brian and his co-worker (didn’t catch his name) did an excellent job at installing my water heater on a Sunday. They were punctual, professional, amicable. They went above and beyond, even help me with advise on other house projects. Over all, it was a great experience and I can definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs you need.

Austin and the dig crew were all very professional and extremely efficient - they did their best to not disturb anything that wasn't necessary. Found the leak and replaced the entire pipe from outdoor meter to the main cut off next to my water heater in the garage. They left the work site almost as perfect as could be - even patched the concrete site nicely. -- thanks \The Original Plumber\ Austin --

Our experience with The Original Plumber and Brian Payne was excellent. Our main sewer link was leaking in the crawlspace and our 50-year old cast iron pipes were not draining properly. Brian and his assistant were prompt, courteous and kept us informed about what he was discovering and the best way to resolve the plumbing problems. They replaced all cast iron pipes that came out of the foundation and all of the problems were fixed! They also did a great job making sure all the carpet and flooring was protected and cleaned up when they were finished. Highly recommended!

The main office corrected an excessive estimate. On 1_6_2021 I received an estimate of over 850 to remove and replace three kitchen sink shutoff valves. At the most a 2 hour job. Outrageously expensive, plus the technicians arrived without the replacement valves. I called the office and informed them the estimate was too high and I would not be using their services. Within minutes I received a call back from a supervisor who asked me why I didn't have the repair completed. When I gave him the estimate he agreed it was excessive. He offered to send out another plumber the same day and reduced the price by almost 600. Later in the afternoon Jeremy arrived and in an hour or slightly more the valves were replaced and functioning properly. I am glad I called the office to apprise them of the situation. It seems it was a pricing error on the part of first technician which the supervisor recognized and corrected. Very pleased with their response, the repair and the price. I respect a company with excellent customer service.

Fantastic. In terms of home improvement, I am the definition of a guy who knows enough to be dangerous. Fortunately, I also know when I am in over my head. I've had Ryan with The Original Plumber come out to quote several things from fixing my 500' deep well pump, replace 23 in-ground pockets with yard hydrants and also this simple pot filler. At every step he/they have been responsive, punctual, and professional. For some people, it's important to find skilled professionals you trust for repeat work. For me, Ryan Thompson and the Original Plumber will be working together for a long time to turn my \fixer-upper\ property into a dream home.
