This is one of best places we have ever had for childcare. The staff are wonderful and my child comes home so happy every day. The staff works with you on payments and are so sweet. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Very poor customer service. The way several of the ladies have spoken to me is very unprofessional. I think they take advantage of me because I'm young. Their passive aggressive comments are not appreciated. They are sneaky with taking out payments. Once you ask them about it they say \ it gets taken out when we get to it\. They blame everything on \staffing issues\. It is not our problem as parents to worry about if they are fully staffed. Do your research and pick another center.

I absolutely love this daycare! I’m so sad I had to leave (because I moved). My daughter loved Ms. Farrah! I knew she was in good hands there. I wish we still lived in the area so she could still go!

We love this academy! Miss Charlie, Mrs Hannah, and Mrs Debbie in the infant room are all so AMAZING!!! They love our daughter so much and they truly care about all their students. We feel very lucky and highly recommend Towne Lake Academy!!!

I paid the registration fee for my son to go here for after school but that didn't happen. Then, I figured he will go for summer camp. But, he ended up leaving for the summer to go with his dad. I completely forgot that I paid the registration fee, and one day I suddenly remembered. I spoke with Jill who was kind and straightforward. She told me the registration fees are nonrefundable. After speaking with the owners at a meeting she got back with me the next week to let me know that I would be receiving a refund. I am so grateful because every buck counts when you are a single Mom. Thanks TLA!!!
