Dr Starnes was polite. He called me from the waiting room and introduced himself while walking to the exam room. A little thing but it was impressive to me. He then took the time to explain why he wanted one more x-ray (they had already uploaded the CD of X-rays from urgent care), then explained the fracture in my hand and the treatment options, with pros and cons of each. His PA, Josh, also took the time to review everything about the surgery and made sure I had no more questions before I signed consent. This whole office is well-organized and efficient. Quick AND thorough from check-in to check-out.

Our appointment was excellent. My son was being seen for and injury. Our wait time was almost nonexistent. He was x-rayed and treated with great care. Dr Starnes was nice and thorough and encouraged our questions. Thank you Dr Starnes.

Had 8:45am appointment. Arrived at 8:09am so I was plenty early since I was instructed to come 30 minutes in advance. The front counter staff was very professional and polite. I was not seen by the doctor until after 10am. All of the staff apologized. The one person that really should have apologized for being so obscenely late, the doctor did not even acknowledge the fact he was over 1 hour and 15 minutes behind schedule. He spent 5 minutes with me and was gone. They are real quick to take the copayment not so quick with the seeing patients. Someone get this guy a watch and some manners. Forget the fact I had other things to do better than sitting and waiting. How about a simple sorry to keep you waiting sir?

Dr. Starnes is a super doctor. he is very sensitive to the patients needs. Also he and Dr. Swazey did a great job of putting me back together. My knees, shoulder and elbow were all replaced.
