Came in today with wife. Nobody greeted us. We browsed around for about 15 minutes nobody offered to help with 3 employees and store completely empty. It wasn’t until my asked for assistance that we received it only she pointed out nobody offered any assistance. Didn’t receive an apology poor customer service initially but they seemed to know a lot about the product ls. First impression are everything they blew here.
