Extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone. Takes a week for anyone to return a call.

Absolute -0- zero. Worst place. Wish I could give them a negative number. My wife made an appointment for me for sleep apnea. She explained that to the scheduler and I had to wait over 6 weeks for the appointment. So, I show up 6 plus weeks later, fill out the forms, see the nurse or assistant and explain why I am here and then finally the Doctor comes in. He looks at my chart and said: I don't know why you are here? I do not do sleep apnea and you will have to reschedule with another doctor. What a waste of my time. I walk out to the receptionist desk and she ask \How would you like to pay for today\ . I said I don't and explained what happened and she said she would fix it. What a joke. They billed my insurance company and sent me a bill for 165. I spent the next 4 or 5 weeks talking to 8 or 9 different people at their office and each and everyone said they would fix this. I have all their names and numbers so, if anyone is interested contact me. Now, I have a collection agency calling me. I have filed a dispute with my insurance company and WellStar. Next, I will hit every social media of the known world. I hope everybody reads this and will take their medical issues to another provider.
