Dr. Lee is hands down one of the most knowledgeable and patient doctors I have ever had. He takes his time to explain everything I need to know and doesn't leave unless he knows I am comfortable and confident with the visit. His office is very friendly as well and are on point with everything patient related. I am always getting reminder and followup calls from the office staff. I live an hour away but happily make the drive to Dr. Lee

I am still at office, they have the worst customer service in town. Just to check you in is 15 to 30 min To be seen by DR you will have to watch TV for about 45 min.

I couldn’t be more happy with the entire experience I had with Woodstock Family Practice and Urgent Care! Dr. Lee and his entire office were absolutely wonderful. I was very nervous because I had been going to the same doctor for almost 30 years, and my doctor retired. After being with the same doc for that long, I was VERY nervous, to say the least, about going to someone new. Dr. Lee and his team IMMEDIATELY made me feel comfortable and like I had been a patient with them for years!

The nurse was awesome! However I had to pay 125 for the rapid covid test even though I have great insurance. My husband had an appointment as well, but canceled it when we were told that we had to pay. He's going elsewhere later on today to get tested for free. He was very disappointed this morning at your office. The good thing is that I tested negative.) When will you have the vaccine available to people the age of 56? I would like to get it there if possible?

I have used Dr. Lee over the course of a decade and a half. on and off mainly because of location, however I have had several issues over the years with administration and care. Dr. Lee and his PA are good physicians. They are both competent and attentive when available. The Lab team is also helpful as well. The business or administration of the office however leaves a lot to be desired. The receptionist is sometimes rude and obtuse. They are difficult to reach by phone and often when I call, the calls are dropped and/or sent to voicemail. Great Customer service is important to me and required. They don't pay me, i pay them for a service and expect them to keep their word and return calls, which now never happens. Lab test are usually delayed and if I don't call them back I will never know the results or have any prescriptions refilled as promised. Information has often been misquoted and generally I want to verify the information. The paper file record is ridiculous and is required to update to frequently. I want to visit the doc once a year and have my prescriptions refilled. i do not like the practice of holding the patient hostage to call for refills or additional visits for maintenance medication. i want to reserve in-person visits for sick people with the exception of annual wellness visit. I have become increasingly frustrated with the lack of \good customer service\. I have spoken to the office personally with deteriorating results.
