If I could give no stars I would. I called the office about an issue I had. First off Amanda ( the lady that answered the phone) kept talking over me so I could not fully explain what was going on. Then she had the nerve to tell me it's \my responsibility\. But if she would have listened to my issue she would know it was on their end. They are dealing with people that have hit rock bottom there is no need to act like they are better than anyone. I could understand if I was rude for jump but she started off with an attitude that she didn't want to help. She needs to find another occupation. I called the office in Jasper because she told me her supervisor was there and I have been on hold for 30 minutes without anyone answering. Our government resources are less than piss poor if Amanda is a reflection of how all the workers are.
