Over charged. Technicians took router with him when replacing other one, but was charged for same router he took with him stating it was not returned in their system. Charged 75 for their's own mistake.

When we moved here, we called to get internet installed. They came out the same day! Now we do have some outages when there is rough weather, and not as strong of a connection on cloudy days, but its the best internet in a rural area that I've ever had. Problems are always fixed promptly.
I just ended my monthly subscription with this company because I was treated unjustly. I lost my connection to the internet several times through out the past week. I called and they sent a tech out who did not fix the problem. The next day I call Suddenlink and they said there are outages in my area. They still charged me 50 for the tech to come out. I battled for two weeks to get my money back. Also, my rates were raise months ago without cause. Lastly Sudden-link, I have my CCNA, A, and Server and your technician was an idiot.
It goes out every night at 7 pm and doesn't start working until 2 am .... we go to work all day and want to come home and watch tv but can't watch our Netflix bc the internet won't work. We have had a technician come out and only walk 2 feet in the door blame it on the weather and walk back out... nothing solved.. tired of it

False advertising! .4mbps download not 50mbps. Customer service and tech support unresponsive to answering or addressing performance issue.
poor service. no local office or number to call. raise the price monthly. will not allow a current customer access to other offers, only upgrades.
