Pillows need updating. Some fresh paint is needed. Furniture needs updating. Bag breakfast - I know Covid- is sad! Children- little bitty children running up and down hall at midnight . Clean - YES. Staff- stressed but friendly

Great service and well kept spacious rooms. Close to Freeway access making point to point travel easy. Of course like all La Quinta locations, it is very dog-friendly to include poop stations. If you're going to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast get there early as the size of the hotel creates quite a crowd. Tip: bring your coffee thermos cup with you for the complimentary coffee, and take your room tray down and return to your room for breakfast.
A decent place to stay after a long day traveling. It is nice enough. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful....especially Ernest!
Amazing!! The staff are SUPER nice! And, always make sure you are comfortable and meet your every need! Jessie, the manager is a very sweet guy! Nothing but great attitudes every time we come here!
Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. Scratches all over the wall where the paint is missing, picture and lamp are crooked, and to top it off, the toilet just overflowed. Their response at the front desk, when I asked for someone to come and unclog it, and to bring me fresh towels was - I can bring you a plunger. I will never stay at this hotel again. I have to figure out how I'm going to take a shower in the morning with wet towels from cleaning up the water from a toilet that overflowed, and have to be the person the unclogs the toilet, with a plunger they are supposedly going to provide me. ...still haven't received that. Just called the front desk again, she brought the plunger to the wrong room, and even stated she knocked on a couple more doors. How hard is it to write down the number of my room? When I called back she said, "I knew you would call back."...ya think?
During our stay,, the adjacent room members were drunk and were making noise in the halls and walking around smelling high. My daughters laptop stayed in the room and after many calls and messages, still no one has returned our calls about my daughters school computer. We did not make any stops and know it stayed in the room. We are being avoided and given the run around. Sad service and Customer care. People walked all around without face masks when the doors said masks were required
Be aware! Jacuzzi lovers! Booked that room. After 20 min, fire alarm went off. Ran downstairs, come to find out: Humidity sets it off! Really? I think you should know this. They offered different room.....without Jacuzzi. That's why we came here, because we had no running water since Monday! We did follow advice, opened windows, enjoyed the tub. I'm not blaming the wonderful woman at the front desk. Also, furniture needs desperate upgrade. Stains, scratches, etc !
This was hands down one of the best places I have ever stayed. Not just because the quality of the room but the staff were basically my besties by time we left. We stayed during the ice storm and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Never have I felt so valued at a place like this. I 100% recommend this place! You will not be sorry
