I sent my boots in to be resolved. They seem to have done a good job on the stitching, but COMPLETELY failed on the stitching on the rest of the boot. Cant imagine why. Had I known the lack of detail, I would have sent my boots back to Danner to be recrafted. This is the last time I support local. Total lack of attention to detail. For the price I paid, I DO NOT recommend this facility.
