Fence panels ordered and paid nearly six weeks ago. Could only contact via Facebook. Slow to respond and put you in the picture. Finally offered to upgrade panels and had to pay extra. Although credit due they delivered the same day! Bit of a good will discount gesture would have been nice? Hey Ho.
Not happy at all. Still waiting for any kind of information where is my missing materials. Or when I will be refunded or what's happening. No phone calls no emails. Nothing. I understand that people are busy now and all but I would rather wait for couple more days and receive all the items I ordered and not just something.
