Met the owner today. Very kind and generous with his time.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they work hard to help you out. Most recently I had an urgent repair and got to the shop five minutes after closing. The staff were cleaning up but stopped what they were doing to look at my bike, take it in and fix it in fifteen minutes! The customer service has been amazing every time for me, can’t begin to describe how rare this is in the bike industry.
I like this place. Unlike a lot of cycle shops I don't get an elitist attitude from these guys. They treat me like an equal. I like that.
